Carol and Phil welcome you to their small family run guest house situated to the north of York city centre and just a few minutes walk from the many wonderful historic sites and shops that can be found there.

The guest house is open all year except for Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

We aim to provide the best possible stay in York at an attractive price offering a full traditional English breakfast, which is cooked to your order. Vegetarian and most other diets can be catered for; all we ask is for a little notice,

Here is our typical breakfast menu.

Orange Juice
Choice of cereals/Grapefruit/Prunes
Full English breakfast consisting of 2 rashers of bacon, sausage, fried egg, fresh tomato, mushrooms, hash brown, black pudding and fried bread.

Should you require any variation on the above, or scrambled egg, poached egg or beans just let us know, we are always happy to oblige.

Tariff

Adults and Children over 12 years from £30 pppn
Children aged 5-12 years are charged at a £1 per age, for example a child age 7 would be £7 per night.
Children aged 0-5 years free.

Please note payment can be made by either cash or cheque, we do not accept credit cards.
